My (Future) Residential - De Landmark Apartment

Last Saturday, I end-up signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement to buy my own property. Located at Bukit Tengah, it would take me less than 10 minutes to get to my office. What a time and fuel saving!

Purchased through loan from OCBC, which takes me of xx years with RMxxx monthly installment - this is the first time ever I put myself into "trouble" and putting a "burden" to my financial aggregate.

Gosh, I will have my own home! With 1160 sqf, I just wondered what more I can add, put and decorate the house to fit my style. There so much more to do!

...the apartment shall have all basic necessities except swimming pool. Free wireless at the garden, 2 car parks, security guard, shops and banks are just nearby - I just need to pay RM88 for monthly management fee. Estimated to complete by mid-2009.

Nearby banks: Ambank and Maybank.
Important necessities: Laundry, Sunshine Supermarket, Jusco (at Bandar Perda, years before I can get there, still under development).
