Koleksi Buku: Anak Dara Menteri (1, 2 dan 3)

Akhirnya koleksi buku ANAK DARA MENTERI lengkap jugak... Aku suka bahasa dia, cukup bersahaja, tak skema, light dan laser!

Buku pertama, aku curi dari adik aku... bila rasa best, aku pun cari la ADM 2 dan ADM 3. Tak jumpa, cam nak nangis plak... Call ke Creative diaorang cakap tak der... Gi la ke Borders Bookstore kat Queensbay, terjumpa lak ADM3.

Bila dah ada ADM3 tu kan, aku pun baca la.... Skipped ADM 2.

Tiba2 terasa nak visit website Creative, then nampak la pulak tajuk buku ADM2 tu... Boleh order online, terus je aku order... Lambat gak nak dapat, sebab diaorang mispricing, pastu dok meng-email aku kena tambah sikit lagi payment. Bila posmen nak hantar, aku plak tadak kat rumah, kena gi amik kat pejabat pos.

Tapi kan, sampai hari ni aku tak baca2 lagi ADM2. Tiba2 mood hilang sebab dah tau ending kat dalam ADM3. So nampaknya aku kena buat marathon balik ni, baca ADM1 followed by ADM2 finish it with ADM3. Tapi bilanya aku nak dapat cuti lagi?

Waaa.....

Satu nota penting: Tak kira la betapa baiknya kita berkawan, untuk pinjam buku ini tidak akan dilayan sama sekali. Nak baca, BELI la!

De Landmark Progress Development

Bored and don't know what to do, I drove around and visited land site to see my new apartment development progress. So, here it is...

My unit is the one marked with yellow-x.
Back alley, which I am pretty much sure that will be full will cars once this building is wholly-occupied. Luckily, I have two parking lots. Parking lots for this building is the first 4 levels, as can be seen here, have been painted in white.
General view from the entrance.
The entrance.
View towards Bukit Mertajam, directly from entrance.

It took me 6 minutes for 2.8 km travelling from the land site to Bandar Perda roundabout.

According to developer, they are expecting to finish the development by June 2009 and should be ready for occupation sometime after October 2009. Hopefully, I can celebrate my birthday there....

Glimpse of Thought!

I found out that the morning can be beautiful, but it also wakes the troubles of the mind. It opens your eyes to the reality of your situation, the problems in your relationships and the demons in your head. A tattle of wills rages from within. And, come nightfall under the cover of darkness, you run into the arms of your vices. It is the inner-turmoil and the struggle to remain sane that stimulates me.

Does the photo match the thought?? An old photo which seems not to age.

Laksa Beras Kg Petani

Yesterday, I went to an "open-house" and tried their laksa and a man told me that there is another variety: laksa beras campur cucur udang dan sotong (literally, rice wheat mee poured along with fried prawn-floured cake and sambal of dried baby-squid).

I took all the trouble to look for the place. But not so difficult, because my officemate lives nearby and it also seems that my boss knows the place. :-) Luckily, sighed!

The original one, since it has gain popularity, many other stalls are selling their own version of laksa.
My boss enjoying his delightfully mouthful mee...
This is what I'm talking about...

The most beautiful maiden, Hayu Rafiza...
Even better, a family of six - everyone having their laksa except for the 8-month-old baby.
(These 3 kids just got back from school and went straight with family for the laksa)

And it tastes very good, I have two for myself (Ssshhhh....)  Should there be anyone wanted to try out, let me know and I'll fix time... I know Din would certainly want to have a sip at the soup!

Stepping into Dave's Deli for Branch

k, it is another fine Saturday that I found my way back to Penang and asked fellas to have a little window shopping at Queensbay Mall before stepping into Dave's Deli for branch.

Yuk's with his chicken.
Khirwan's another movings art.
Yummy...
Khirwan's special pose for Dave's.

Goodness, a very nice place, vibrant colour, relatively cheap but poor service!

HTC :: 2000 SMS

A personal record breakthrough! I have never deleted SMS/MMS that I received, and there you go... on 20th October, it hits to the record of 2000 received SMSes/MMSes and still counting. Want to check, it can hold up to what capacity.

How Adorable but He would too End-up in the Metamorphosis

How adorable that he needs not to worry about what is happening around him. But he stills questioning alot; what is that, what are those, how can he, why was she..... So many reasons given, but he would just laugh at the end, like those answers never bothered him.

He has no worry for what he is going to wear, nor worrying what he is going to have for his lunch. Everything would be ready, because it is time or he'd want to very badly. He smiles because he has fun, he laughs because he thought things funny, he cries because he didn't get what he wants and he run because he wants somebody to chase him.

Contrary to an adult, who smiles because he needs to and it is a fake. He laughs because of evil thougts and he ran because somebody is looking for him wanted him to pay for something.

I always wish I can turn back and go to the time when everything around me was so different; that my day fills with joy and went to bed as night falls because I want to wake up early to having more as nothings concern me!

Never Regret!

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right
and forget about the ones who don't
and believe that everything happens for a reason.

If you get a chance, take it.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said that it would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it.

Eid Mubarak 2006 (1427)

(Click to enlarge to wallpaper size: 1024x768)

I dig through my picture collection and found this digital greeting card that I made for Eid ul Fitr 2006. It was two years ago. Time was very quick this time around. Next month is fasting period already, and we are going to celebrate another Raya.

I shall release new digital greeting card, and for the "speech" - I have to find some time to write it, or else someone will come and tell me how my English has deteriorated ;-)

On the card, it reads:

Eid Mubarak Syawal 1427

Like the human heart the world points
beyond itself to something greater
and more beautiful than its present condition.
That something attracts us all, in different ways,
and leads many of us to seek transformation.
It becomes more and more evident that our own
well-being is indissolubly linked to the health
of society and our environement. It is possible, now,
more thatn ever before, to see that our own growth
is rooted in, and furthers, the whole world's advance.

Happy Celebrating Eid Mubarak 1427

I would never give up!

Don't give up.
It's just the weight of the world.
When your heart's heavy, I will lift it for you.

Don't give up.
Because you want to be heard.
If silence keeps you, I will break it for you.

Don't give up.
It's just the hurt that you hide.
When you lost inside, I will be there to find you.

Fly free my fellow friends... Shahirasul.

And to you, nothing else may seems matter. But can what we build today takes us for tomorrow?

Investing into AirAsia

I have been holding into AirAsia shares since July 17, 2006 (whilst I am still studying in USM). Between the time, I already made some profit by buying and selling AirAsia's shares, though not much - it has somehow gave me some useful experience.

As time goes by, and the weaking of global market (and some says that we are going for recession) gives me the opportunity to buy AirAsia (5099)'s at discounted price and accumulate into existing holding. I was able to buy below the par value, and collecting them all together still making the average below par.

AirAsia has never announced any dividend(s) to date, but the shares are likely to soar when the market is getting back on its feet again. But some factors are needed to be given consideration, namely the OIL FACTOR and INFLATION FACTOR.

As the oil prices have been announced to hit another history at USD170 a barrel, and AirAsia are operating their fleets which consumed huge amount of oils, hence will get affected very directly. But, as we all k now that Tony Fernandez is a man of ideas and he has lot of creativity, I am positive that AirAsia will recover given the fact that AirAsia successful track record.

And seeing from another perspective, the likely and increasing inflation rates in Malaysia will effect power and expenditures volume. People will spend less and will look at on how they can save their valuable earning penny.

All in all, I am positive that AirAsia will make some good progress very soon. I just wish that I have some money more that I can spend to buy the shares and keep it as a long term investment.

My new - Asus brand - laptop

Brand new laptop!

ASUS, equipped with wireless (heck, a standard la nowadays!), core duo, with 2GB of RAM and 160GB of hard disk. Running on Windows XP, with Office 2003 (seems better than using Office 2007), Visual Basic 6.0 for software development.

First song that plays rapidly was by Siti Nurhaliza, her latest album Hadiah Daripada Hati. (cannot remember the song's name, shall update)

Yeah, it so good to run on a very fast laptop, so I can do my job much quicker!
