Old school, but most supported system, unlike the VB 2005 which requires higher end PCs.
One thing I think that you wrongly think would be the OOP does exist in VB 6, for sure, it has the functionalities to call for Windows/Offices objects, for instance, VBA, Excel, Access.
One best thing about VB6 to me is that, I can design and use database pretty much easier, and when it comes to implementation, customer with low-end system has the most capability to use our system.
When talking about marketing, VB6 has the functionalities that most programmer can easily adapt and we can spare some time programming, and have the most time for marketing.
Technology is moving forward, but that doesnt mean that *some* old thing may obsolete. It just getting better.
No offence to you, but VB6 does some great job for me, and love making money with it!
